Founder & CEO
Entrepreneurial and driven CEO Sue Munir comes with 20 years’ experience managing teams. Possessing exceptional leadership skills Sue empowers teams to drive performance improvements and solve complex company problems using excellent judgement and decision-making skills. .

With over 15 years experience in property investment in many property sectors, including single lets, HMOs, refurbishment & new builds. Sue has heavily invested in education which has ensured that she is fully conversant with all aspects of property development.
Carmun Developments is the latest step in her property journey bringing together a team of specialists in sales, marketing, design, planning, project management, structural engineering and construction combining over a 100 years experience in development.
